NKAIN4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,618 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD8, TUBA1C, and TMEM50A. Each is linked with NKAIN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN4-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKAIN4 versus LYPD8 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
