NKAIN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3619, BCRP6, and PRM3. Each is linked with NKAIN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN4-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3619 grouped by NKAIN4-low versus NKAIN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAIN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAIN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
