NKAIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 317 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBCCD1, UNC50, and COIL. Each is linked with NKAIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKAIN1 versus TBCCD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
