NKAIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKAIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5192, RNA5SP386, and MIR3681. Each is linked with NKAIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5192 grouped by NKAIN1-low versus NKAIN1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKAIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKAIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
