Across TCGA cell cohorts, NKAIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,947 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKAIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleosome organization, Positive regulation of cation transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with NKAIN1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKAIN1-to-partner and partner-to-NKAIN1 results are reported.
