Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FoxM1, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with NIT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIT2-to-partner and partner-to-NIT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by NIT2-low versus NIT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
