Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBXIP1, SDHC, and PEX19. Each is linked with NIT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIT1-to-partner and partner-to-NIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIT1 versus PBXIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
