Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1200, RPL32P19, and MIR1197. Each is linked with NIT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIT1-to-partner and partner-to-NIT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1200 grouped by NIT1-low versus NIT1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
