NIPSNAP3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,119 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPSNAP3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA7, OLFML1, and YME1L1. Each is linked with NIPSNAP3B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP3B-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPSNAP3B versus NCOA7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPSNAP3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPSNAP3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
