NIPSNAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPSNAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPSNAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS8P1, TUBBP11, and SNORD112. Each is linked with NIPSNAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPSNAP2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPSNAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS8P1 grouped by NIPSNAP2-low versus NIPSNAP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPSNAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPSNAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
