NIPBL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPBL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,908 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIPBL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR70, SMC1A, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with NIPBL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPBL-to-partner and partner-to-NIPBL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPBL versus WDR70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPBL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPBL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
