Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIPA2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,014 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIPA2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00692, RN7SL466P, and RN7SL504P. Each is linked with NIPA2P2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIPA2P2-to-partner and partner-to-NIPA2P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2P2 versus LINC00692 in LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIPA2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIPA2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
