The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NIPA1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NIPA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, CESC, and LUAD are the cancer types where NIPA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
