NIP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1238, YTHDF3-AS1, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with NIP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIP7-to-partner and partner-to-NIP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1238 grouped by NIP7-low versus NIP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
