Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NINL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NINL data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NINL Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NINL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where NINL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
