NINJ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NINJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NINJ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLR2, RENBP, and BLVRA. Each is linked with NINJ1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NINJ1-to-partner and partner-to-NINJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NINJ1 versus TLR2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NINJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NINJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
