Across TCGA cell cohorts, NINJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,548 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NINJ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyroptotic cell death, Leukocyte chemotaxis involved in inflammatory response, and Lysosomal lumen acidification. Each is linked with NINJ1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NINJ1-to-partner and partner-to-NINJ1 results are reported.
