NIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP4K5, COL5A1, and FN1. Each is linked with NIN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIN-to-partner and partner-to-NIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIN versus MAP4K5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
