Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,194 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF4, TNFSF8, and RIPOR2. Each is linked with NIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIN-to-partner and partner-to-NIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NIN versus NCF4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
