NIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Di-Ras3, and c-Kit. Each is linked with NIN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIN-to-partner and partner-to-NIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by NIN-low versus NIN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
