Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,504 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization, Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Microtubule nucleation by microtubule organizing center. Each is linked with NIN in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIN-to-partner and partner-to-NIN results are reported.
