NIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,026 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP2B, OR1C1, and OR2L8. Each is linked with NIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIN-to-partner and partner-to-NIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP2B grouped by NIN-low versus NIN-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
