Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIFKP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,466 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NIFKP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitochondrial gene expression, Nucleobase-containing compound transport, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with NIFKP4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIFKP4-to-partner and partner-to-NIFKP4 results are reported.
