Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NIFK-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NIFK-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher NIFK-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NIFK-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

BRCA, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where NIFK-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
