NID1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NID1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 29,988 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NID1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA5, SPARCL1_S295, and TINAGL1. Each is linked with NID1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NID1-to-partner and partner-to-NID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NID1 versus SERPINA5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
