Across TCGA patient cohorts, NIBAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,335 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NIBAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, C18orf54, and SCNN1B. Each is linked with NIBAN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NIBAN1-to-partner and partner-to-NIBAN1 results are reported.
