NHSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NHSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 633 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A8, ENOPH1, and KCNRG. Each is linked with NHSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHSL1-to-partner and partner-to-NHSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A8 grouped by NHSL1-low versus NHSL1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
