Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NHP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, CXCR1, and CXCL8. Each is linked with NHP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHP2-to-partner and partner-to-NHP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NHP2 versus CXCR2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
