NHLRC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHLRC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,365 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHLRC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM5, STAB1, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with NHLRC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHLRC4-to-partner and partner-to-NHLRC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NHLRC4 versus PGM5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHLRC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHLRC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
