NHEJ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NHEJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,711 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NHEJ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA2, PDIA4, and SMAD4. Each is linked with NHEJ1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NHEJ1-to-partner and partner-to-NHEJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NHEJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NHEJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
