Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NGRN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NGRN data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NGRN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NGRN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where NGRN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
