NGRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,529 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are EID1, IREB2, and IDH3A. Each is linked with NGRN in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGRN-to-partner and partner-to-NGRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGRN versus EID1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
