NGRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,416 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, PTPRC_S975, and TXNDC5. Each is linked with NGRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGRN-to-partner and partner-to-NGRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGRN versus MYO1G in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
