Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,576 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to organelle, Negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with NGRN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGRN-to-partner and partner-to-NGRN results are reported.
