NGFR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,418 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGFR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NGFR_T293, NGFR_S313, and PLAT. Each is linked with NGFR in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGFR-to-partner and partner-to-NGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGFR versus NGFR_T293 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
