Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGFR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,471 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are INMT, OXSR1, and RNA5SP335. Each is linked with NGFR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGFR-to-partner and partner-to-NGFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGFR versus INMT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
