Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPY2DP, RNU6-1085P, and SELENOS. Each is linked with NGFR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGFR-to-partner and partner-to-NGFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPY2DP grouped by NGFR-low versus NGFR-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
