NGFR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L8, TRIM43B, and GABRA6. Each is linked with NGFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGFR-to-partner and partner-to-NGFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L8 grouped by NGFR-low versus NGFR-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
