NGDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NGDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NGDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and FKBP3. Each is linked with NGDN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NGDN-to-partner and partner-to-NGDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NGDN versus SSRP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NGDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NGDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
