Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFYBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,879 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFYBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with NFYBP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFYBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NFYBP1 results are reported.
