Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFYBP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NFYBP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher NFYBP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFYBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.

MESO, THYM, and COAD are the cancer types where NFYBP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
