Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFX1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NFX1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NFX1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFX1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and LUAD are the cancer types where NFX1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
