NFX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,393 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCP, BAG1, and GRHPR. Each is linked with NFX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFX1-to-partner and partner-to-NFX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFX1 versus VCP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
