Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,366 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP5, APTX, and DCAF12. Each is linked with NFX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFX1-to-partner and partner-to-NFX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFX1 versus CHMP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
