The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NFU1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFU1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, COAD, and READ are the cancer types where NFU1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
