NFU1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFU1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,485 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP10, DDOST, and EVI2B. Each is linked with NFU1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFU1-to-partner and partner-to-NFU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFU1 versus CASP10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
