Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,709 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD8-AS1, ABCC9, and GFPT2. Each is linked with NFU1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFU1-to-partner and partner-to-NFU1 results are reported.
