Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFU1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,720 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFU1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL11, MRPL43, and MRPL46. Each is linked with NFU1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFU1-to-partner and partner-to-NFU1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFU1 versus MRPL11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
