NFU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 991 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7843, YTHDF3-AS1, and DOC2B. Each is linked with NFU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFU1-to-partner and partner-to-NFU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7843 grouped by NFU1-low versus NFU1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
