Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFRKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,444 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFRKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENATAC-DT, C14orf93, and BUD13. Each is linked with NFRKB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFRKB-to-partner and partner-to-NFRKB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFRKB versus CENATAC-DT in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFRKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFRKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
